Return Window

The item must be undamaged, unworn, and unused with tags still attached within 14 days of the notification that the item will be returned. We will provide a return/refund policy for any damaged or defective items as long as any claims are placed within the agreed-upon 5 days of the item being received. If the deadline has gone by since you receive, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and original shipping method, that is, the same shipping method. In other words, if we dispatch using DHL, you must return it with DHL. Also, your item should be returned to a foreign country if we have dispatched your item from a foreign country.
