Our policy lasts up to 14-days.
The item must be undamaged, unworn, and unused with tags still attached within 14 days of the notification that the item will be returned. We will provide a return/refund policy for any damaged or defective items as long as any claims are placed within the agreed-upon 5 days of the item being received.
If the deadline has gone by since you receive, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund. Furthermore, we comply with our payment processing providers or marketplaces in this regard.
For example, if you paid us with PayPal, you are protected by PayPal terms of a refund. We fully comply with PayPal terms of Buyer's protection.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
ORDER BY MISTAKE
If you have placed an order mistakenly, notify us to firstname.lastname@example.org or to Facebook Messenger within an hour for the refund. If the product takes shipping or customizing/tailoring process NO FULL REFUND is offered. If you have notified us within an hour for your mistakenly placed order, we’ll refund you 100% from our ends* and cancel your order.
*It means we'll refund 100% from our ends, the process might take 3-5days depending on the payment option you have selected for making your purchase. The Mudawana takes no responsibility if your bank/country-imposed fees/tax on the cross-currency transaction. Therefore, such fees/taxes won't be refunded since it is imposed by your bank/country for making an international purchase or cross-currency transaction.
REFUND (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
LATE or MISSING REFUND (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com or through Facebook Messenger.
To return your product, you should contact us via Email.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
